Usage:
This machine is mainly used for packaging non-sticky, uniform size of the particles,flakes,strip products: such as photo chips, banana chips,mangos chips, shrimp, quick-frozen balls, quick-frozen dumplings, sugar, salt, coffee beans, peanuts, sunflower seeds, cereals, nuts, desiccants and so on.
Function and features:
1. workflow: material lifting→multi-head weigher measuring→coding(optional)→bag making→filling→gas injection/exhaust(optional)→sealing→counting→conveying finished products(optional).
2. PLC control, color touch screen display, photoelectric tracking, eqquiped with fault display system, easy to operate and maintain.
3.Make hole punching blade, gusset bag device and so on according to customer's request.
4. Machine body and all product touching parts are made of stainless steel.
